Cookie Policy

01What cookies do

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent back to the service that set them. They can support features such as signing in and maintaining a secure session. Other browser storage technologies can serve similar purposes.

02Essential functionality

The administration area uses authentication cookies for authorised staff. Our hosting and security infrastructure may also use technologies needed to deliver and protect the service.

The public enquiry form keeps your selections in the current page while you complete it. It does not use a cookie to save unfinished enquiries for a later visit. Submitted enquiry details are stored by our service as described in the Privacy Policy.

03Analytics and advertising

The public website does not currently include optional analytics cookies or advertising pixels. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this policy and provide the choices required by applicable law.

Following a social media or other external link takes you to a separate service. That service may set its own cookies according to its policies and your account settings.

04Your browser settings

You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent staff sign-in or affect services that depend on them. Deleting cookies does not delete enquiry records already submitted to us.
