Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number and consent to contact you. You may also provide your preferred package, destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget and a message.

When arranging a booking, we may request the passenger and passport information needed by airlines, accommodation providers, insurers or visa authorities. Share medical, dietary or accessibility information only when it is relevant to your travel arrangements. Please do not send payment card details through an enquiry form.

We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange requested services, communicate about your trip and maintain booking records. We also use information where necessary to resolve concerns, protect our services or meet applicable legal obligations.

Consent to an enquiry allows us to contact you about that enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages. If you separately agree to receive marketing, you can ask us to stop at any time.

Our website hosting, data storage and communications providers process information needed to support these services. When arranging your trip, we share relevant details with the airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers and authorities involved. We do not sell personal information.

Travel arrangements may require information to be processed outside Sri Lanka, including in your destination countries. We limit the information shared to what is needed for the service and consider the protections required by applicable law.

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry or booking, manage disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the record and the reason it was collected.

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its use, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or an existing booking. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

An adult should submit enquiries and booking details on behalf of children travelling with them. We may update this policy as our services change; the date above identifies the latest version.
