How our groups run

Observances come first

The observances come first and the itinerary is built around them. Mornings at Bodh Gaya and Sarnath are kept free for puja; Rome departures have daily Mass arranged before the day begins. Road transfers in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are slower than the map suggests, so we allow generous margins rather than promising times we cannot keep.

If elderly relatives are travelling, tell us at booking. It changes the hotels we choose, whether we arrange airport assistance, and how we split the longer drives.

Can you arrange halal or vegetarian meals?

Yes, across every destination we sell. Tell us at the time of booking and we notify the airline, the hotels and the restaurants on the itinerary. Pilgrimage departures are vegetarian by default.

What happens if my visa is refused?

You get the land portion of your payment back, less any non-refundable supplier costs and the visa fee itself, which the consulate keeps regardless of the outcome. Airfare refunds depend on the fare rules for your ticket. We set all of this out in writing before you pay.

Do I need travel insurance?

It is mandatory for Schengen visas and strongly recommended everywhere else. We can arrange a policy that meets the consulate's requirements, or you are welcome to arrange your own, we just need a copy for the visa file.

Can you organise a trip for our office or temple group?

Yes. Group air contracts, hotel blocks, meeting rooms and gala dinners for corporate parties are handled by our MICE desk, and pilgrimage groups get vegetarian catering and ritual-aware guides as standard. Ten or more travellers usually unlocks a complimentary seat, talk to us about the specifics.
